Cancellation Policy

Candle Waiver By purchasing and attending this class, you are agreeing to the following: 1. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that candle making involves handling hot wax, scents, dyes, and other materials that could potentially cause injury if not handled properly. I understand the risks involved and accept full responsibility for my participation. 2. Safety and Instructions: I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the Workshop facilitators. I understand that failure to follow these instructions may result in injury, and I assume all risks related to my actions. 3. Release and Waiver of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Company, its officers, employees, agents, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in such activity, or while on the premises where the Workshop is conducted. 4. Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury, I give permission for Workshop facilitators to provide first aid and to arrange for any medical treatment or emergency transportation if deemed necessary. I agree to be responsible for any medical or other charges in connection with my participation in the Workshop. 5. Photography and Media: I agree to allow the Company to use any photographs or video taken of me during the Workshop for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes. 6. Cancellation Policy: I understand the Company’s cancellation policy and agree that if I cancel my participation within [Cancellation Period, e.g., 48 hours] of the Workshop, I may not be entitled to a refund. 7. Personal Property: I acknowledge that I am responsible for my personal property during the Workshop and that the Company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. 8. Compliance with Laws: I agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in the Workshop. 9. Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver of liability, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
